Treatment options for Premature Ejaculation

Behavioral techniques

Thorough sexual stimulation before sexual intercourse could help delay ejaculation during sex.

Pelvic floor exercise

Weak pelvic muscles might lead to inability to delaying ejaculation time. Pelvic floor exercises could help strengthen the muscles which help to delay ejaculation.

Pause squeeze technique
In this method, sexual activity is performed as one does normally, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. When you reach this point, have the partner squeeze the end of the penis for several seconds until the urge to ejaculate subsides. Repeat this till you lose the urge to ejaculate and redo.

Start stop method

In this method, start sexual intercourse just like you do normally. Before you feel like you are going to ejaculate stop the movement. Wait a few seconds till the urge to ejaculate subsides, then start again.

Condoms

Decrease in the penileafter condom use delays ejaculation. Climax control condoms are also available over the counter. These numb the glans and lead to delay in the ejaculation of semen.

Medications

Topic anesthetics

Anesthetic creams and spray such as lidocaine – prilocaine creams can be used to delay ejaculation by reducing sensation in the penis which may help delay ejaculation.

Oral Medications ( PE Drugs )

i. Antidepressants

ii. Analgesics

iii. Phosphodiesterase-5-inhibitors

A combination of serotonin inhibitors and PDE-5 inhibitors like Super P Force can help in treating both erectile dysfunction and PE at once.

Allergies - Symptoms, Causes and Treatment

Allergies are the most common all over the worldand occur in almost 25% of UK population least once in their life time. Allergy symptoms can range from a simple skin rash or stuffy nose to life-threatening reactions that can be fatal.

How does allergy happen?

As per the leading specialists in allergy, an allergic reaction jolts in the immune system which defends a human body from attacking organisms that can cause illness. During allergic reaction, the immune system errors an otherwise innocuouselement as an attacker which is called as an allergen. The immune system reacts to the allergen in an unpleasant manner by creating Immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies. These antibodies move to the cells which release histamine and other chemicals, causing an allergic reaction. Histamine is the chiefmoderator of allergy in the body.

Allergy Symptoms

An allergic reaction characteristicallyhappens in the nose, lungs, throat, sinuses, ears, lining of the belly or on the skin. For some people, it can also activate asthma. In grave cases, a life-threatening reaction called anaphylaxis can occur. The most common substances causing an anaphylactic reactions are foods, insect stings, and medications.Anaphylaxis necessitatesprompt medical action, with a quick injection of epinephrine and intensive care in hospital emergency room. If not treated appropriately, anaphylaxis can be fatal. Some ways to beat your allergy symptoms are as follows:

Avoiding exposure to allergen like pollen grains

Tracking outdoor allergens is an easy way to manage your allergy symptoms. The best way to keep your signs under control is to avoid the allergens, though, this may not be always applied. Check the pollen count afore you step outside.

Change indoor air filters regularly

Good indoor air quality depends on regularly changed air filters. Poor indoor air quality can cause common symptoms like irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat, headaches, fatigue, and difficulty to stay concentrated. Set a reminder and change your indoor air filter at least quarterly.

Allergy test

Consider an allergy test. They can detect the exact cause of your irritation. Once you know the exact allergen, you can treat your allergy symptoms correctly.

Treatment

Don’t suffer from allergies by not treating it, a primary care doctor is the best to discuss which treatment options are best for you. He can recommend daily medication or breathing treatments. The most common treatment options include:

Allergic medications:Medications for mild allergies are available from local or online pharmacies without a prescription, however, a consent of GP or a pharmacist should be taken before starting any new medicine to confirm which medicine will suite you the best. Common medications are:

• Antihistamines (like Generic Allegra or Generic Claritin)

• Decongestants

• Lotions and creams

• Steroids

Immunotherapy (Desensitization): This option is for a small number of people with certain severe and tenacious allergies which are not controlled by medications.

Treating severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis): During this reaction, special injectors containing a medicine called adrenaline or epinephrine is given and used only in an emergency.
